ZHOUKOU, May 29 (Xinhua) -- Wang Lianjie, 31, has been working as an agricultural machinery expert for five years in central China's Henan Province.
Wang had the chance to conduct agricultural machinery works across the country from a very young age because his father also worked as an agricultural machinist. Inspired by his father, Wang made the decision to get back to his hometown and set up his own agricultural machinery cooperative in 2015.

When Wang first stepped into the agricultural machinery industry, his clients wouldn't trust him and relied on more experienced professionals. However, Wang's cooperative gradually gained scale by virtue of his enthusiasm and determination.
Now the cooperative owns dozens of agricultural machines. His "wheat harvester" team is made up of young men, most of whom in their twenties.

"Hopefully I can attract more knowledgeable young men with expertise in machinery to join my team. As long as you devote yourself to your work, the future is promising," Wang said.
In 2020, Wang's cooperative has introduced two intelligent harvesters. When this phase of wheat harvest ends, the newly-introduced unmanned tractors will be put to use in future harvest seasons.
