They had been living in tents since their homes were destroyed by a 6.4 magnitude earthquake on November 3 in Ramidanda, Jajarkot, resulting in significant loss of life and property.
According to Bir Bahadur Giri, Chairperson of the Barekot Rural Municipality, both victims suffering from asthma fell prey to the increasing cold.
He stated that over 34,000 families in Jajarkot are currently living in tents after the earthquake that destroyed all the houses in the area.
